Track 1:
Once entered in the steam bath (temp. 45/50 degrees) we smear the body with a natural mineral oil.
It is advisable to enter and exit from the steam bath for taking a cold shower.
The beauty therapist makes a body gommage carried out with a mixture of mineral crystal and semi-precious Rhodochrosite balsam.
Drain and relax whirlpool bath.
The track continues with a relax massage of 50 min.
The beauty therapist makes a special super - moisturizing and age preventing treatment for face: Intense Hydrating Renovateur.
The track ends in the relax room where it will be served a tisane.

Entry in the sauna (temp. 85 degrees) for relax yourself.
It is advisable to enter and exit from the steam bath for taking a cold shower.
Drain and relax whirlpool bath.
The track continues with a pedicure “Preziosa”: gommage carried out with a mineral crystal, moisturising mask, foot massage and medical pedicure.
The beauty therapist makes a body wrap with a clay powder, semi-precious aromatherapic balsam and energising Essential Oil, the treatment ends with a bio-energetic massage.
The track ends in the relax room where it will be served a tisane.

The track goes on with a relax massage for 20 minutes and after go with her to the whirlpool for a bath.
In the end there is a special tisana served in relax room.
